The maximum liability of xx公司,its servants agents or sub-consultants,to the client arising out of the performance or non-performance o f the services whether under the law of contract,tort or otherwise,shall be the price actually paid by the client in respect of the services up to a maximum of R2m,unless otherwise provided in the accompanying documents.For the purposes of this clause,xx公司 contracts on its own behalf and on behalf of its servants,agents and sub-consultants.
