A – Nissan RVI Design Guide
This design guide has been produced to give an overview of the principles of the RVI design.This has been included to give the potential supplier an overview of the whole project including both the RSS signage,but also the additional signage that can be required by the local NSC’s.It is important to remember that for the purposes of this tender that the supplier concentrates on pricing only the elements requested within the pricing schedule.
B – Shop Drawings
These drawings have been included as an indication of the minimum requirements expected of the suppliers shop drawings.These drawings also give an indication for the design and manufacture of the required signage.It is imperative that these drawings are taken as indicative and that the supplier is expected to ensure that all actual designs are suitable for the market that the signage is required.Please be aware that the CD enclosed containing the shop drawings includes drawings of the signage requiring pricing in the pricing schedule.There are additional signs within the cd of shop drawings that you are not required to price for and are for your information only.Please only price for signs included on the pricing schedule.
C - Price Schedule
The supplier is to price using the format provided only.Failure to utilize this format and alteration of this format will lead to disqualification from the tender process.The supplier is to price the signage included on this schedule ONLY.Pricing of additional signs outside of this schedule will lead to disqualification from the tender process.Signs are to be priced through interaction with Westiform for prices of Main brand symbols and are to be priced for in separate categories.
For signs with Main Brand Symbols required.
i) excluding Main Brand Symbol,i.e.to produce the sign shell only
ii) including Main Brand Symbol,i.e.to produce the complete sign product
For all signs we request that a price is given excluding delivery for signs produced with multiple logo crating,and a separate price for Single logo crating.
We also require you to price for delivery to the locations schedule within the pricing schedule.
Please provide a description of your proposed delivery methodology.
D – Memorandum of Agreement
A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement has been submitted for your information only and will be negotiated with Nissan on an individual basis for successful tenders.
E – Request for Sample
This information has been provided as guidance for NML’s request for samples; a sample material package is also supplied as an indication of the quality level expected from the supplier.
