有个小问题,就是英语和汉语不同,很多地方不要逗号,不过你是演讲,就不碍事,以后写作文是要注意.
稍微调整了一下语序,你的时间状语都是一个模式,会显得重复.都是简单句,没有什么语法错误,就是最后"the weekend was tired but interesting"的tired有问题,应该用"令人感到劳累的"tiring

How did you spend your last weekend? Is it fun?Well, on Saturday morning,I went to my grandma’s home .She was very kind to me and she cooked a nice meal for me. , I had a piano class in the afternoon, it was very interesting. Then my parents and I went to a movie in the evening. On Sunday, I started to do my homework. I had too much homework to do. And I had to study for the coming test. After studying all day, I felt very tired.
So, the weekend was tiring but interesting.

While on sunday, i started to do my homework since i had too much homeword to do, plus i had to prepare for my coming test. I felt very tired after that.
