In 2012, it was the first time the racing team formula XX had participated in Formula Student China (FSC). For the birth of our first formula racing car, we made the first racing team after overcoming various difficulties and hardships. The management consists of one captain, one manager and two assistant captains. The captain takes charge of the car’s general arrangement and team management, and the assistant captains manage technological processing tasks, choose and develop the successors, while the manager shoulders the responsibilities of business liaison and assisting the press group in propaganda work. In a lower level, nine technological teams respectively own one team captain, who takes charge of the design, processing and assembling of the spare parts and systems. The manager administrates the press group, operates the promotional platform, communicates with the sponsors and writes the press releases.
