2种形式从语法上讲都是正确的.
区别：前者是主动语态,例：He is worth trusting.；后者是被动语态,例：The exhibition is worth to be visited.
上面的那个满意回答是错的。形容词worth后面跟动名词的主动形式表示被动含义，但不能跟动词不定式；而worthy后面跟动词不定式的被动形式。
你弄错了，没有be worth to be done 这种形式，只有be worth doing sth 或者 be worthy to be done 现在知道了没？这两个意思是一样的，”值得做某事”
