Healthy Life
In order to retain a healthy life,entertainment is necessary and should be limited at the same time.Certainly,people need entertainment in their lives,because without it,the high-pressured and harsh life in the modern society can be intolerate.Entertainment does add some colors to our plain lives; however,many ways of entertainment,such as internet games and watching TV can be very addictive and harmful for our health.Therefore it is also important not to rely too much on entertainment.

Nowadays, recreation is becoming more and more important. People need entertainment to exhilarate themselves and help them to be in a good mood. Having relaxed, they can enhance their effectivity coping with ponderous tasks. However, if people are deprived of this amusement, our society can be afflicted seriously. Trying to settle all the irksome works, people cannot perform well enough to meet others' need, which results from the fact that they are bored with everything.
